The conclusion suggested that an individualized, hemodynamically guided and fluid restricted approach to fluid therapy will improve the outcomes of patients with severe sepsis and septic shock.
I think the CLASSIC trial (Restrictive Fluid in Septic Shock) results will be released in June and will shed more light on the topic before any change in the guidelines.
