this is an Xray of a 43 years old female patient admitted yesterday in our ICU, done post intubation & central line insersion.
Do you notice what is of concern?

What is concerning in this Xray is the central line shadow, it is hyperdense metalic shadow extending beyond superior vena cava surronded by a lesser dense shadow.
Dr Mazen gave us a hint by asking why "VERY BRITE".
It is a forgotten retained guidewire.
The question now : what is to be done next ?
